What’s in this course:

This Course includes a Theory and Practical Workbook that you complete and return to the Academy for Assessment.

The Theory part of the Unit is made up of a mixture of questions, exercises, assignments and/or reports.
The Practical part is made up of specially chosen skills – activities, worksheets, and/or projects – some have videos illustrating important aspects (Skills).
The Practical Assessment involves the student practising the skill with an animal care professional such as a Veterinary Surgeon or Kennel Manager in their location. Then Videoing the student undertaking the skills.
The only prerequisites are a computer (and internet connection), mobile phone or video camera, a professional to do the practical skills with, this book and, of course, enrolling in the course online.
All courses are available worldwide – in fact Globally!
All Responses must be in English.
On successful Completion of the course you get a certificate – Certificate Qualification (Certificate, Advanced Certificate or Diploma as appropriate) – that you can print off, suitable for framing.

The Animal First Aid & CPR Unit is a stand alone Qualification:

You are awarded a special Certificate
This Animal First Aid & CPR Qualification is valid for 2 years.
You can do a refresher course within that time to maintain certification at a reduced fee.
